About the event
North West First Responder Group will be attending Capenhurst & Ledsham Women’s Institute to deliver a private CPR and AED awareness session exclusively for its members. This session has been arranged directly by the Women’s Institute and is not open to the general public.
The aim of the session is to increase awareness and confidence in recognising a cardiac emergency, understanding the importance of early CPR, and learning how defibrillators are used within the community. Although there will be no defibrillator unveiling at this event, the focus will be on practical knowledge, reassurance, and empowering members with lifesaving awareness that could make a critical difference in an emergency situation.
