Environmental emergencies can develop rapidly and present significant challenges in the pre-hospital environment. This session will explore the recognition, assessment and management of patients affected by extremes of temperature, from heat-related illness and heatstroke through to accidental hypothermia.

The webinar will consider the underlying physiology, key signs and symptoms, assessment priorities and practical management considerations, with a focus on applying learning to real-world pre-hospital and first responder practice.
